Cecil
was born in California. Cecil went to Fort Bragg High School in Fort Bragg, California. He
went on to attend Santa Rosa Junior College in California.
Cecil’s parents (Craig and Nancy)
along with brother Corbin live in Fort Bragg, California. His brother Craig II attends Fresno State University
also in California. Cecil has two sisters Jennifer who lives in California and Jamés (pronounced Ja may).
Jamés who was previously in the military herself, is married with two children living in Washington state.
Her husband is currently in the military.
Cecil decided to join the military in order to provide for his new family.
He went to boot camp in Fort Benning, Georgia in 2008. His specialized training is infantry and
mortars.
Cecil’s current assignment is with the
82nd Airborne 2 BN 508 Parachute Infantry Regiment. He hopes for a future assignment at Fort
Lewis, Washington.
Cecil met his lovely wife Alesha, in high school.
They have two children. Their son Zachary was born November 21, 2007 is almost 2 1/2 yrs old. Their
daughter Maddison, was born May 2009, is almost 1. Alesha is living in Fort Bragg to be close to both families
(hers and his) while he’s deployed to Afghanistan.
